Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sz7778's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

sz7778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms
• Violation of applicable law or regulatory requirements
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Suspected bonus abuse or collusion
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a Player's payment provider
• Inactivity of the account for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than Player-initiated fraud, sz7778 will return any verified Player Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Player's verified payment method after completing any required compliance checks. Where account closure results from confirmed fraud or Terms violation, Player Funds may be withheld pending regulatory and/or law enforcement review.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory authority direction or applicable law.

The continued use of the sz7778 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.

The version of these Terms current at the time of any dispute between a Player and sz7778 shall be the version that governs that dispute, unless both parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
